Nestor produces feasibility concepts with the support of artificial intelligence. The rule check is a preliminary check without warranty; a building application requires a review by a person authorised to submit building documents (bauvorlageberechtigte Person) and by the building supervisory authority. Consumer dispute resolution
The European Commission's former online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20.07.2025; a reference to it is therefore no longer given. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Note on the development status
Nestor is a development project (prototype, pilot phase). The feasibility concepts it produces are not building permit documents and do not replace planning by persons authorised to submit building documents.
